Filaform

Filaform Adhesive Spray

Sticks like it should. Lets go when it's done.

One even coat holds your first layer down for the whole print. When the plate cools, the part releases itself: no scraper, no chisel, no drama.

Self release

The scraper stays in the drawer.

The bond is thermal. It grips hard at printing temperature and lets go as the plate drops to about 30 °C. The part is sitting free by the time you reach it. Any residue washes off with water.

A little goes a long way

Over 150 sprays per bottle.

One light coat holds print after print, so a single 100 ml bottle covers months of printing. Between jobs, just re-spray the area under the last part. No scraping, no re-coating the whole plate.

How we use Australian claims

Works with what you print.

  • PLA
  • PLA+
  • PETG
  • ABS
  • Nylon

One exception worth knowing: we don't recommend it on ASA with smooth build plates, where adhesion can become strong enough to make parts difficult to remove.
